Detergents Effect on Egg Hatchability, Morphometry and Larval Bone Structure of Native Indonesian Fish: Wader Pari (Rasbora lateristriata Bleeker, 1854)

This study was conducted to determine the effect of detergents on eggs hatchability, survival rates, morphometry and bone structure Wader Pari fish ( Rasbora lateristriata Bleeker, 1854). The were treated with detergent solution, a concentration 0 mg L −1 , 3 6 9 18 27 50 respectively. Each test consisted one aquarium filled 30 eggs. number hatched counted these continually for 1.5 mo morphology, growth rates assays. assay prepared Alizarin’s Red-Alcian Blue staining. results show that treatments at did not significantly affect rate, or either egg (p > 0.05). However, higher affected hatchability survivability. Moreover, vertebral structures normal whereas caused abnormal structures.
