Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine, was conducted analyze and explain the effect work discipline, compensation, organizational culture, job satisfaction through employee performance. Theoretical framework: Collecting data using a questionnaire as many 323 respondents. Design/Methodology/Approach: research method used in descriptive analysis SEM (structural equation modeling) with help SmartPLS program. Findings: results Based on findings. Positive important culture satisfaction, positive compensation Organizational discipline simultaneously Job Satisfaction. significant Research, Practical & Social implications: dominant There implication Originality/Value: value its implications performance where most recommended provision benefits by providing both material facilities employees.
