Determination of Spatial-Temporal Characteristics of Sea Wind Waves

Abstract The nonlinearity of sea surface waves is an important property them. Despite the fact that weak, it must be taken into account when solving many applied and fundamental problems. In this work, we study effect on space-time structure waves. results determining spatial-temporal from data measurements by array wave sensors optical images are compared. It shown there a discrepancy between characteristics determined in different ways. Partially, but not completely, these discrepancies explained incomplete consideration directional spreading function.
