Developing a Method for Measuring Science and Technology Oriented Creativity (STOC)

Abstract The article contains the results of a research within STIMEY (Science, Technology, Innovation, Mathematics, Engineering for Young) project funded by European Union’s Horizon-2020 and innovation program (2016-2021). In project, hybrid learning environment (LE) was developed both on-site online suitable conditions in COVID-19 era beyond. purpose segment presented this paper to develop an instrument assessment learner’s progress creativity as one key targets STIMEY. has shown that is also needed allow education systems flexibility unexpected changes circumstantial challenges. presents definition Science Technology Oriented Creativity (STOC) based on existing theories field, short outline STOC measurement method developed, procedures, evaluation algorithms overview experimental testing results. relevance its suggested tentative positive influences LE learners’ are discussed.
