Developing Little Bridge as an evidence-informed English language learning platform for 6–12 year olds

English is considered by many to be the global language of business and communication and, as such, parents educators in countries which not a native are now encouraging children study at young age. Much second teaching learning, however, does take into account real-world context within will put use. Little Bridge has developed an learning platform for students aged 6−12 years, learners acquire vocabulary skills able apply what they have learned real conversations with other around world. As part UCL’s EDUCATE research accelerator programme, worked mentor design conduct mixed-methods relationship between this social aspect their students’ achievement English. Findings suggested that users who most active participants platform’s network also complete more activities achieve better results than those lowest participation rates. The academic enabled company develop mindset, understand value data already have, improve understanding platform.
