چکیده
Abstract Superhydrophobicity is a surface property used in several sectors, including self-cleaning, drag reduction, improved buoyancy, and antibacterial behavior of the surfaces. The majority available approaches for creating superhydrophobic surfaces (SHS) are complex time-consuming. Goal: This article aims to fabricate SHS by using Multi jet printer three-dimensional (3D) printing. Methods: texture cylindrical protrusions (diameter 300 Micro Meter (µm), pitch 400 500 µm) pyramidical (side 200 µm, side distance height 800 micro-pattern were created Three-Dimensional Printing (3DP) achieve SHS. Results: fabricated geometries yielded water contact angle 145 148°, respectively. In order enhance durability Water Contact Angle (WCA), 3D printed geometry was treated with an aqueous solution silica nanoparticles Hexafor 644-D, which increased angles 161 160° pyramid patterns, reported durable against peeling tape tests. Hence MJP, based on 3DP, can be having micron (µm).

Organ printing is the layer-by-layer bottom-up fabrication of complex cellular organization of native tissues or organs by bioprinting multiple cell types and other biomaterials at designated positions. The rising success rate of transplants has resulted in a critical need for more tissues and organs. Approximately 95,000 people are on the waiting list for new organs in the U.S. alone, and some...
متن کامل3D Printing: Developing Countries Perspectives
For the past decade, 3D printing (3DP) has become popular due to availability of low-cost 3D printers such as RepRap and Fab@Home; and better software, which offers a broad range of manufacturing platform that enables users to create customizable products. 3DP offers everybody with the power to convert a digital design into a three dimensional physical object. While the application of 3DP in de...

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of type of alcohols and humectants in inks formulation, and the papers surface morphology on the ink-jet printing properties. In order to investigate the influence of alcohol and humectant types on printing properties, the optimum ink formulation from previous study, which contained C.I. Reactive Blue 21 Ink2 was formulated with different ...

Solid Freeform Fabrication is a family of manufacturing processes that create threedimensional objects by depositing material, layer-by-layer. Traditionally, this technology has been used to fabricate passive parts, but recently it has been used for producing active components such as batteries and soft-polymer actuators. In this paper we demonstrate the ability of this process to fabricate a c...
متن کاملOrgan printing: computer-aided jet-based 3D tissue engineering.
Tissue engineering technology promises to solve the organ transplantation crisis. However, assembly of vascularized 3D soft organs remains a big challenge. Organ printing, which we define as computer-aided, jet-based 3D tissue-engineering of living human organs, offers a possible solution. Organ printing involves three sequential steps: pre-processing or development of "blueprints" for organs; ...
