Developing support teachers’ digital competencies for an inclusive citizenship

چکیده
The present work focuses on the construct of digital citizenship from an educational and inclusive point view. Considering general European interest in implementing citizens’ skills with particular care for contemporary situation overall emergency, due to Covid 19 pandemic case, idea is that considering a possible conceptual link between Capability Approach. In light ‘Education all’, aware development teachers and, particularly support teachers’ skills, may be crucial key enact processes able guarantee any pupil student chance become capable valuable citizen, despite his/her frailties social failures. This paper part wider research project entitled “Best practices tools analysis schools community contexts: learning, teaching & inclusion”, started March 2019 funded by Department Psychological, Pedagogical Sciences, Physical Exercise Training, University Palermo, which just segment related competence reported here.
