Wind energy is regarded as one of the oldest sources and has played a significant role. As nature wind changes continuously, generated power varies accordingly. Generation pitch angle turbine’s blades controlled to prevent damage during high speed. This paper presents development application fuzzy proportional integral control scheme combined with traditional in dynamic behavior angle-regulated turbine blades.
