Development of 5G Cyber-Physical Production System

Abstract The cyber-physical production system (CPPS) was developed for the interconnection between operational technology (OT) and information communication (ICT) among machines decentralized control. However, OT ICT are now getting more complex in modern industry. To enhance industrial management process, CPPS based on 5G architecture under environments can provide a comprehensive solution context of Industry 4.0. For this purpose, model to improve interoperability is proposed build virtualized 4.0 asset shell system. First, real-time task artifacts modules bound certain form virtualization. Second, released line scheduling. Third, an order placed split into multiple tasks process. Single-machine single-workpiece multi-machine multi-workpiece processing cases used testing line. Experimental results show that efficiently achieve work piece processing.
