Differences In The Implementation of Good Corporate Governance In Conventional Banks and Sharia Banks In Indonesia

The sample consists three Conventional Banks Islamic Banks. results show both complied with the law, Bank Indonesia regulations, OJK regulations. However, they some differences regarding religious foundations in implementing GCG Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) only owned by Banks, as a company supervisor to remain sharia compliant. external assessment must be carried out immediately aiming increase competition conventional institutions financial industry.</p>
