Digital Economy, Innovation Environment and Industrial Upgrading: Based on the Adjustment Effect and Threshold Model

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020, we construct an adjustment effect model and a threshold with residents’ consumption demand, labor force quality financial resources as moderating variables, demand variable, order explore influence process digital economy industrial upgrading. The empirical results show that: (1) development level has significantly positive impact rationalization advancement structure; (2) Residents’ all play significant role economy-empowered upgrading; (3) There exists upgrading, i.e., when is between two thresholds, structure promoted; crosses first threshold, remarkably enhanced.
