چکیده
The European Union energy policy agenda of achieving the transition to carbon neutrality has been established by an important legislative package called "Clean Energy for all Europeans". A novel approach introduced was put citizen at center transition. On one side, powering his freedom action and, on other asking him exceptional engagement in consumption reduction activities and participating investments new distributed Renewable Sources (RES) power plants. Communities (REC) is framework used implement this strategy Directive Recast (RED II). In particular, RECs promote citizen’s active role encouraging demand flexibility while reducing Not My Bachyard (NIMBY) effect towards RES. Each member state transposing RED II directive, adapting it national legislation strategy. Pioneers countries like Italy have already started experimentation developing first pilot projects. citizens’ interest their will participate REC projects indicate need supporting tools guiding them along project development stages: “design”, “creation”, “operation”. This work presents three categories digital platforms required develop projects: Commercial, EU Founded Freeware. We analyzed 30 tools, evaluating services provided each different stages implementation.

Designing a model for financing renewable energy projects for sustainable economic development with total interpretive structural model
One of the country's issues in the renewable energy sector for sustainable development is their financing. The current research was carried out with the aim of deeply understanding the dimensions, components and indicators of renewable energy financing and explaining the causal relationships between them in order to design a suitable model using a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In t...

The Adaptable Monitoring Package (AMP), along with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and custom tool skid, is being developed to support near-field (≤10 meters) monitoring of hydrokinetic energy converters. The AMP is intended to support a wide range of environmental monitoring in harsh oceanographic conditions, at a cost in line with other aspects of technology demonstrations. This paper, whic...
