DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: A BIBLIOMETRIC-BASED SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Digital transformation undoubtedly has important implications on the discipline of Operations Management. To unveil these effects and interpret future research directions requires an in-depth review analysis scientific literature this area. This study uses a two-stage approach including Systematic Literature Review bibliometric to draw broad perspective relationship between DT OM, reveal thematic evolution area, inference about potential directions. The scope includes articles drawn from Web Science Scopus databases published 2007 2021 in With descriptive 3021 selected sample, top articles, authors, countries, journals, keywords field were determined. Following data, co-occurrence keywords, evolution, map was conducted using RStudio VOSviewer.. All analyzes performed R Bibliometrix package.
