Digitalization of Educational Organizations: Evaluation and Improvement Based on DigCompOrg Model

The digitalization of educational organizations is a political and social priority at European level the model which basis for analysis DigCompOrg as part Framework Competences. This article summarizes results longitudinal evaluative research (from 2018 until 2022) around process compulsory secondary education center. We have applied mixed method an design based on use questionnaires, focus groups diary. focused data from last evaluation (2021–2022) where participants are 26 members management team, 46 teachers 374 students. Our show that progress has been made in process, especially some areas such leadership, infrastructure/equipment pedagogy/support/resources, obtained high scores. On other hand, also there more scope improvement, collaboration, digital networks innovative assessment practices. can be valuable example good practice institutions formal education.
