Direct and Indirect Speech Acts in Politicians Posts on Social Networks

The aim of this study is to present a detailed interpretation the speech acts posts and responses in discourse analysis on Facebook. research was handled 20 Donald Trump Hillary Clinton public people for each post. conversations were between politicians people. chosen methods quantitative qualitative analysis. results indicate that politicians’ direct rather than indirect relation act. Then, by hearers also more indirect. Also, usages locution, illocution perlocution followed successfully. suggests further could be carried out field politeness strategies responses.
