We present a supersymmetric model where energy scales of discrete $R$-symmetry breaking ($Z_{6R}$) and cosmic inflation are commonly attributed to the confinement scale hidden $Sp(2)$ strong dynamics. Apart from these, SUSY-breaking scale, Higgsino mass right-handed neutrino masses all shown stem $Z_{6R}$ inferred CMB observables. will show that is characterized by soft $m_{\rm soft}\simeq100-1000{\rm TeV}$ reheating temperature $T_{\rm rh}\simeq10^{9}{\rm GeV}$. Then we discuss how these predictions can be tested with help spectrum gravitational wave induced short-lived string during era.
