Discuss the abnormal exothermic phenomenon “ cold fusion “

چکیده
The research on cold fusion phenomenon has been in the past 30 years. Based results of predecessors, this article comprehensively describes predecessors phenomenon, and discusses it theoretically experimentally. From perspective thermodynamics, paper proposes to charge palladium wire with hydrogen at low temperature increase frequency abnormal heat generation, gives a calculation formula for charging rate wire. At same time, theoretical solution model isotope effect release is proposed.
