Does Digital Storytelling Have an Effect on Writing Outcomes?

Writing has a significant role in students’ academic and lifelong learning. Therefore, educators constantly seek novel ways to develop writing skills. This study aims examine the effect of digital storytelling on secondary school students' creative skills self-efficacy. The participants were 15 6th grade students Turkey. was carried out using one-group pretest-posttest model, which is one pre-experimental research designs. “Writing Self-Efficacy Scale” “Creative Evaluation for used as data collection tools. Following an instruction how use Wevideo tool, created stories about given topics once week, over month period.The analysis showed that posttest scores significantly higher than pretest scores, but no difference found These results indicated procedure applied this improved participants’ However, variation observed self-efficacy scores. In light findings, some recommendations implications made practitioners researchers.
