Does Green Finance and Water Resource Utilization Efficiency Drive High-Quality Economic Development?

Achieving the improvement of water resource efficiency is common key foundation for country to promote adjustment energy structure, development low-carbon technology and environmental protection, cope with global climate change, achieve strategic goal “carbon peaking carbon neutralization”. The study explores role green finance utilization in high-quality economic (HQED). index constructs an indicator system HQED from three dimensions capability, benefit, a spatial lag model, introduces nested matrix, empirically studies their effect. mediating effect was verified using model. According empirical analysis, results are as follows: (1) important influencing factors promoting HQED, can direct short-term effects but no long term; (2) also improve has (3) interaction term exists negative effect, long-term, indirect, total cannot affect HQED; (4) show on incomplete intermediary HQED.
