Does the Technological Diversification and R&D Internationalization of eMNCs Promote Enterprise Innovation?

Under the background of digital economy, technological diversification and R&D internationalization are important strategic choices for eMNCs, represented by China, to seek advanced resources create competitive advantages. This paper takes China's listed MNCs from 2009 2019 as research object applies a non-equilibrium panel negative binomial fixed effect regression investigate impact mechanism on enterprise innovation performance moderating overseas networks. Results show that related has significant positive impact, unrelated their in inverted U-shaped relationship; networks have while breadth depth not same; differences exist due heterogeneity institutional development levels among regions China.
