چکیده

We demonstrate and develop dyadic–probabilistic methods in connection with non-homogeneous bilinear operators, namely singular integrals square functions. the full theory of using a modern point view. The main result is new global T b Tb theorem for Calderón–Zygmund operators this setting. Our tools include maximal truncations, adapted Cotlar type inequalities suppression big piece methods. While proving our results we also advance refine linear by improving techniques results. For example, simplify make more efficient some summing arguments appearing Baseline 1"> 1 encoding="application/x-tex">T1 proofs. As byproduct, can manage ease quite general modulus continuity kernel estimates. testing conditions are virtue method proof.

Bilinear Mixed Effects Models for Dyadic Data

This article discusses the use of a symmetric multiplicative interaction effect to capture certain types of third-order dependence patterns often present in social networks and other dyadic datasets. Such an effect, along with standard linear fixed and random effects, is incorporated into a generalized linear model, and a Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm is provided for Bayesian estimation an...

Bilinear Probabilistic Canonical Correlation Analysis via Hybrid Concatenations

Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) is a classical technique for two-view correlation analysis, while Probabilistic CCA (PCCA) provides a generative and more general viewpoint for this task. Recently, PCCA has been extended to bilinear cases for dealing with two-view matrices in order to preserve and exploit the matrix structures in PCCA. However, existing bilinear PCCAs impose restrictive mod...

Quantum Probabilistic Dyadic Second-Order Logic

We propose an expressive but decidable logic for reasoning about quantum systems. The logic is endowed with tensor operators to capture properties of composite systems, and with probabilistic predication formulas P≥r(s), saying that a quantum system in state s will yield the answer ‘yes’ (i.e. it will collapse to a state satisfying property P ) with a probability at least r whenever a binary me...

Probabilistic Bilinear Models for Appearance-Based Vision

We present a probabilistic approach to learning object representations based on the “content and style” bilinear generative model of Tenenbaum and Freeman. In contrast to their earlier SVD-based approach, our approach models images using particle filters. We maintain separate particle filters to represent the content and style spaces, allowing us to define arbitrary weighting functions over the...

Hybrid Probabilistic Search Methods for Simulation Optimization

Discrete-event simulation based optimization is the process of finding the optimum design of a stochastic system when the performance measure(s) could only be estimated via simulation. Randomness in simulation outputs often challenges the correct selection of the optimum. We propose an algorithm that merges Ranking and Selection procedures with a large class of random search methods for continu...
