The intensive development of the modern industry is associated with emergence a variety new composite materials. Plates, panels, and shells variable thickness made such materials are widely used in engineering machine building. Modern technology for manufacture thin-walled structures any configuration makes it possible to obtain given variation law. Such subjected various loads, including periodic ones. Nonlinear parametric vibrations an orthotropic viscoelastic cylindrical panel investigated without considering elastic wave propagation.
