Dynamic analysis of cable stayed bridge with various patterns of pylon

The construction of cable stayed bridge increase day by day. reason behind this is because the aesthetic beauty and uniqueness in structure. This work deals with study dynamic analysis different pylon arrangements. transmits reaction forces deck to pylon. Pylon load foundation. pylons ‘H’ shape, ‘Inverted Y’ ‘Diamond’ shape & ‘Needle’ arrangement were considered. MIDAS CIVIL software used model various materials section properties all four bridges are kept same moving provided as per IRC:6-2000 loading. In part seismic analysis, time history done took data 1940 El Centro earthquake so nonlinear behaviour investigated. A variety parameter like, axial forces, displacement bending moment analysed. From result, when complexity increases structure changes. Eventually, results compared concluded that which pattern shows higher least performance.
