Dynamic Bayesian Network Modeling, Learning, and Inference: A Survey

چکیده

Since the introduction of Dynamic Bayesian Networks (DBNs), their efficiency and effectiveness have increased through development three significant aspects: (i) modeling, (ii) learning (iii) inference. However, no reviews literature been found that chronicle importance over time. The aim this study is to provide a systematic review details evolution advancement DBNs, focusing in period 1997–2019 emphasize aspects While presents temporal event networks, knowledge encapsulation, relational time varying representations as four predominant DBN modeling approaches, work groups them essential techniques within DBNs help practitioners by associating each various challenge arise pattern discovery prediction dynamic processes. Regarding learning, methods mainly focus on scoring with greedy search. Finally, our suggests main used inference extend or adapt those static BNs, are oriented either optimize processing error rate.
