By analyzing the support of load-carrying rolling elements when fall into fault position, dynamics model a bearing variable stiffness system with local faults is proposed, considering retention factor contact deformation. Then, this paper researches change effective stiffness, deformation, force, and total elements. The results show that abruptly decreases position. deformation force in load zone increase, rebalancing external radial while causing sudden reduction resulting vibration system. When different outer ring response are equal magnitude. Additionally, there significant race characteristic frequency accompanied by multiplication spectrums. inner modulated rotation varies dramatically, amplitude time domain also being varying dramatically. rotational multiplication, an side research can provide some reference for diagnosis fault.
