E-Wallet Usage Intention through Technology Acceptance Model and Technology Readiness in Indonesia

Digital transformation plays an important role in affecting consumer behavior society. One of the changes that have occurred society can be seen way people buy and pay for products using e-wallets. This phenomenon is supported by emergence COVID-19 pandemic which requires to keep their distance from one another. These factors ultimately enhance financial technology (fintech) revolution present habits a cashless study aims determine influence intention readiness Indonesian use E-wallets through TAM theoretical model psychological investigate determinants customer intentions E-wallet payment system. Data collection was carried out online survey method with purposive sampling technique. The research sample total 270 respondents characteristics all who know understand system are over 18 years old. analysis SEM-PLS help SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. results showed eight hypotheses proposed, six were accepted two rejected. Technology proven positive significant effect on perceived ease uselfulness, but does not directly E-wallets. Perceived usefulness attitudes affect trust shown insignificant
