چکیده

Recent systematic reviews have already provided an overview of the impact early interventions on developmental outcomes in infants at risk for cerebral palsy. However, none has thus far focused specifically how might improve motor outcome diagnosed with unilateral palsy (uCP). Hence, aim this review was to provide intervention programs used uCP outcome. A literature search performed PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central Register Controlled trials, CINAHL and Web Science following PRISMA-statement guidelines. Risk bias assessed using risk-of-bias 2 tool. Three single-blinded randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were identified, including 88 uCP. These RCTs suggest that modified constraint-induced movement therapy (mCIMT) is effective safe improving upper limb function Bimanual training compared mCIMT found be equally one study. No clinical or neurological predictors treatment response could identified yet. Although more high-quality are urgently needed, seem effective, feasible apply function. This underlines importance prompt referral diagnostic-specific centres start up such interventions.
