چکیده
: In clinical practice, all of us have at sometime or other faced with problems where the ideal solutions may not be possible. The reason is mostly economic but even desire patient to undergo complex procedures has taken into account. this article authors describe management these surgical challenges when compromised confidence patients and relatives from previous surgeries left him minimum choices available for secondary surgeries. Here are six such cases simplest option were chosen achieving best long term outcome both in form function least donor morbidity. This study describes retrospective review a single surgeon experience his archives salvage procedure done, which fulfilled reconstructive goals as well decreased apprehension related failure surgery. All 6 demonstrated complete wound healing by final follow up, without need further reoperations recurrence. Surgeon depth knowledge huge was able manage ease providing optimal following principles plastic surgery ingenuity. These only reduced morbidity also hospital stay overall cost treatment.

Computing Partial Solutions to Difficult AI Problems
Is finding just a part of a solution easier than finding the full solution? For NP-Complete problems (which represent some of the hardest problems for AI to solve) it has been shown that finding a fraction of the bits in a satisfying assignment is as hard as finding the full solution. In this paper we look at a possibility of both computing and representing partial solutions to NP-complete prob...
متن کامل6 M ay 1 99 9 Difficult Problems Having Easy Solutions
We discuss how a class of difficult kinematic problems can play an important role in an introductory course in stimulating students’ reasoning on more complex physical situations. The problems presented here have an elementary analysis once certain symmetry features of the motion are revealed. We also explore some unexpected directions these problems lead us.
متن کاملThe Effects of Easy-to-Difficult versus Difficult-to-Easy Practice Order on a Bimanual Lever-Positioning Task
An experiment was designed to investigate whether an easy-to-difficult or a difficult-to-easy practice order is best for motor learning. The motor skill used was a fine-motor, bimanual, lever-positioning task with movement complexity as the difficulty variable, which had yet to be studied. One group learned the skill in an easy-to-difficult order with the combination of the two lever movements ...
متن کاملArterial embolectomy in lower limbs.
Arterial embolisms in the lower limbs occur frequently, and are of great interest to the vascular surgeon. The authors studied 159 cases of arterial embolisms in lower limbs from January 1991 to July 1993. Ages varied from 12 to 98, with a mean of 58. Eighty patients were male and 78 were female. In most cases, etiology of the embolus was well-established, and mainly caused (78 percent) by atri...
