Effect of Liquidity, Asset Structure, Managerial Ownership and Growth Rate on Company Performance

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence company performance. The independent variables used in this are liquidity, asset structure, managerial ownership, and growth rates. dependent variable is population manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021 period of 80 data. method determine sample was purposive sampling obtained 64 data met criteria study. uses a simple regression model analysis. results showed liquidity had negative effect firm performance, structure positive ownership rates implications research can increase get better Companies sales show has profitable prospects future.
