چکیده
Meniscus degeneration, synovial inflammation, subchondral bone changes, and cartilage loss serve as the best indicators of osteoarthritis (OA). The most prevalent type joint conditions, OA, impairs mobility, lowers quality life, limits participation in social activities. Although pain is primary concern for majority patients, clinical symptoms also include stiffness, discomfort, dysfunction. There enough data to draw conclusion that physiotherapy treatments can reduce knee OA patients’ enhance their functional capabilities. Two treatment methods are particularly effective advantageous people with plyometrics eccentric training programmes. Our study will compare impact programmes low-intensity plyometric programmed on pain, strength, function patients Grade 1 2 OA. In this study, following outcome measures be utilised: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), Minute Walk Test, our final performance function, respectively. We determine strength by using portable hand-held dynamometers. Through we able create a regimen given individuals improve physical well-being athletic performance. These would highly such addition conventional treatment. Registration number: CTRI/2023/06/053657

Background: Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease that affects synovial joints and causes joint damage due to stresses caused by an abnormality in any of the synovial joint tissues, including articular cartilage, subchondral bone, ligaments, menisci, periarticular muscles, peripheral nerves, and synovium. Objectives: To compare the effect of Sensory Motor Training versus Impairment Ba...
متن کاملEffect of retro and forward walking on quadriceps muscle strength, pain, function, and mobility in patients with knee osteoarthritis: a protocol for a randomized controlled trial
BACKGROUND Walking, a closed kinetic chain (CKC) activity, is widely used in knee rehabilitation as it allows early weight bearing and movement. It has been suggested that retro-walking may provide additional benefits beyond those experienced by forward-walking. The present study will investigate the effect of retro- and forward-walking on quadriceps muscle strength, pain, function, balance and...
