Changes in the color of teeth to become darker are a lot complaints by public. Bleaching is whitening treatment for that have changed color. Home bleaching can be done at home under supervision dentist using 10% carbamide peroxide period more than 2 weeks. The purpose this study was determine effectiveness as agent with an extended time against tooth discoloration. This type research Literature Review Google Scholar, Web Science, and Pubmed keywords been carried out, obtaining 9 articles match criteria. results showed application weeks gave effective stable results, but effect also greater. use additional discoloration seen based on literature review
