چکیده
It is difficult to obtain high-protein contents from rice straw using direct fermentation due its low nitrogen content. This study investigates the effects of ammonification–steam explosion pretreatment on protein content after solid-state (SSF). The carried out under multi-strain inoculation conditions. samples ammonification (TA), steam (TSE), and (TA-SE) were compared control group (TC). results indicate that both could disintegrate straw’s lignocellulosic structure, releasing nutrients can be used for microbial reproduction. In addition, amino compounds are formed along with depolymerization products, thus effectively promoting true Post-fermentation, total crude TA, TSE, TA-SE 2.56, 1.83, 4.37 times higher than Tc samples, respectively, 2.52, 5.03 higher. shows by combined during 96 h was 46.7% matter, rendering it a suitable alternative animal feed.

A CO2-added ammonia explosion pretreatment was performed for bioethanol production from rice straw. The pretreatment conditions, such as ammonia concentration, CO2 loading level, residence time, and temperature were optimized using response surface methodology. The response for optimization was defined as the glucose conversion rate. The optimized pretreatment conditions resulting in maximal gl...

Effect of alkali pretreatment of rice straw on cellulase and xylanase production by local Trichoderma harzianum SNRS3 under solid state fermentation ABSTRACT Use of alkali-pretreated rice straw and untreated rice straw as substrates for enzyme
Use of alkali-pretreated rice straw and untreated rice straw as substrates for enzyme production under solid-state cultivation was investigated. Cellulase produced from untreated rice straw showed higher activity of FPase, CMCase, β-glucosidase, and xylanase at 6.25 U/g substrate, 111.31 U/g substrate, 173.71 U/g substrate, and 433.75 U/g substrate respectively, as compared to 1.72 U/g substrat...
