چکیده
Objective: This study was aimed at investigating the effects of preoperative treatment with a loading dose statins combined PCSK9 inhibitor on coronary blood perfusion and short-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Method: Sixty-five STEMI who had visited Shanxi Cardiovascular Disease Hospital between May 2018 2021 were enrolled study. The no history oral or antiplatelet therapy. divided into group (loading inhibitors, 35 patients) routine only, 30 patients). primary endpoints thrombolysis (TIMI) flow grading, corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC), grading (TMPG), immediately after days operation. secondary endpoint composite death, nonfatal infarction, target vessel revascularization Results: significantly lower CTFC (14.09±8.42 vs 26±12.42, P=0.04) better TMPG (2.74±0.61 2.5±0.73, than Similarly, (16.29±7.39 26.23±11.53, (2.94±0.24 2.76±0.43, P=0.01) 1 month Conclusion: Preoperative high-intensity inhibitors increased emergency thrombus aspiration STEMI. However, did not decrease incidence revascularization.

Comparison of the Success Rate of Treatment with Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention PCI versus Thrombolytic Treatment in Patients with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction in Local Hospitals in Iran
Background and Objective: Acute myocardial infarction (MI) is caused due to coronary artery occlusion and divided into two forms of ST-elevation (STEMI) and non-ST-elevation (NSTEMI) myocardial infarction. This study aimed to determine the success rate of treatment with primary PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) versus thrombolysis in the establishment of perfusion and to evaluate the sho...
متن کاملSmoker's Paradox in Patients With ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction Undergoing Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.
BACKGROUND Prior studies have found that smokers undergoing thrombolytic therapy for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction have lower in-hospital mortality than nonsmokers, a phenomenon called the "smoker's paradox." Evidence, however, has been conflicting regarding whether this paradoxical association persists in the era of primary percutaneous coronary intervention. METHODS AND RESULTS...
متن کاملErratum to: Effect of High Dose Rosuvastatin Loading before Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on Infarct Size in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES High dose rosuvastatin loading before percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) reduces the myocardial damage and the incidence of adverse cardiac events in patients with stable angina and acute coronary syndrome. However, no studies are present yet about rosuvastatin loading in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) in a primary PCI setting. ...
متن کاملNo-Reflow Phenomenon in Patients with ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction, Treated with Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Study of Predictive Factors
Introduction: No-reflow phenomenon in coronary vessels, manifested in some patients with reperfused acute myocardial infarction (MI), is associated with poor clinical and functional outcomes. Therefore, evaluation of predisposing risk factors can be helpful in risk assessment and identification of patients at higher risk. Herein, we aimed to study the predictive factors for the development of...
