چکیده
Abstract Aberrant neuronal network activity likely resulting from disturbed interactions of excitatory and inhibitory systems may be a major cause cognitive deficits in neuropsychiatric diseases, like within the spectrum schizophrenic phenotypes. In particular, synchrony pattern oscillatory brain appears to limbic networks, e.g. between prefrontal cortex hippocampus. rat model maternal immune activation (MIA), we compared acute effects deep stimulation either medial or ventral hippocampus with repetitive transcranial magnetic (rTMS), using intermittent theta‐burst protocol (iTBS), on structures. Simultaneous local field potential recordings were made cortex, hippocampus, nucleus accumbens rostral part tegmental area before after anaesthetized rats previously (~3 h) treated sham verum rTMS. We found waxing waning theta gamma all structures which was less synchronous particular MIA offspring. Deep pre‐treatment iTBS‐rTMS partly improved this pattern. Gamma‐theta cross‐frequency coupling stronger offspring could reduced by cortex. can confirm aberrant model, at least normalizing neuromodulatory methods. It has proven whether these procedures have chronic suitable for therapeutic purposes.

P45: Long-Lasting Effects of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Anxiety-Like Behaviors in Schizophrenic Developmental Model
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has been applied to a growing number of psychiatric disorders as a neurophysiological probe, a primary brain-mapping tool and a candidate treatment. Although most investigations have focused on the treatment of major depression, increasing attention has been paid to anxiety disorders. The aim of this study is to long time (for 30 days) effect of repetitiv...
متن کاملThe Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Gamma Oscillatory Activity in Schizophrenia
BACKGROUND Gamma (γ) oscillations (30-50 Hz) have been shown to be excessive in patients with schizophrenia (SCZ) during working memory (WM). WM is a cognitive process that involves the online maintenance and manipulation of information that is mediated largely by the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC). Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) represents a non-invasive method to ...
متن کاملThe Neuroprotective Effects of Long-Term Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on the Cortical Spreading Depression-induced Damages in Rat’s Brain
Introduction: Cortical Spreading Depression (CSD) is a propagating wave of neural and glial cell depolarization with important role in several clinical disorders. Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a potential tool with preventive treatment effects in psychiatric and neuronal disorders. In this paper, we study the effects of rTMS on CSD by using behavioral and histological a...

abstract reception environment has considerable effects on accepting a translation. as the expectations of a target culture and its values and needs change throughout history, its criteria for accepting a translation or rejecting it will change accordingly (gentzler, 2001). the expectations of iran, as the reception environment in the present study, have changed after the islamic revolution. i...
