This work aims to establish comparisons between two models used for the performance of heat exchangers. The chosen system, in this case, consists a exchanger automotive radiators flat finned tube type. Water and ethylene glycol compound as base fluid volume fractions iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) are refrigerant. quantities determined nanofluid exit temperature, air absolute error transfer rate, Effectiveness. that constitute parameters, independent variables, airflow, represented by Reynolds number, fraction. Ethylene Glycol 50% has slightly better thermal than pure water reduces reactive effect on environment, increasing average life equipment. relative is less 20% presents maximum values with increase nanoparticle fraction growth number air.
