EFFICIENCY OF SOME ECHO FRIENDLY MICROELEMENTS IN CONTROLLING SOYBEAN DAMPING-OFF

Soybean plants doubted to be infcted with damping-off were collected from different naturaly infected districts of Dakahlia Governorate. Frequency the isolated pathogens revealed that Fusarium solani, oxysporum, Rizoctonia Pythium ultimum and Macrophomina Phaseolina. most aggressive pathogenic fungi causing highest percentage pre-emergence in Giza 35and 111soybean cultivars. Among five fungi, only F. R. solani P. ones. exhibit post-emergence both cultivars followed by solani. Moreover,the haelthy survived soybean obtained when ultimum, was investigated. In vitro study boron, cobalt molybdenum proved microelemnts affected pathogen evaluated at any microelements compared ultimumthe. Cobalt 5ppm reveal growth reduction against 3 where it valued 74%. However, least inhibitory effect recorded used 2ppm being 34.77% for three fungi.
