The challenge for institutions of higher learning today is to provide the human capital that this industry desperately needs. Past studies have shown most graduates local do not necessary work skills and competencies in market there seems be mismatch preparation job market. This study aims explore elements competency a facility engineer should field air conditioning conditioning. was done comprehensive overview need presented Facility Engineers order help Refrigeration Air Conditioning Technology course at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) better prepared occupational environment. used Modified Delphi Technique approach purpose obtaining expert approval on constructs questionnaire instruments as well using literature survey through analysis documents. research instrument set questionnaires obtain evaluation from experts. data were processed by Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) software mean score, median Interquartile Range (IQR) each item. findings review document produced ten 64 items.
