EMBRYONIC MOSAICISM IN PREIMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING (PGT): EVALUATION OF VARIABLES THAT COULD AFFECT ITS FREQUENCY

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) for PGT has improved the resolution detecting mosaicism, which creates challenging embryo transfer decisions. Currently, there is a growing bulk of reports about mosaic transfers and their clinical outcomes. We consider that evidence still limited regarding factors could be related to risk mosaicism outcome after transfer. This study sought understand if embryos frequency are different variables report single-center retrospective included 2174 blastocysts tested between 2016 2020 by NGS (Veriseq, Illumina). DNA obtained from trophectoderm biopsies was in our laboratory were classified euploid, aneuploid, or mosaic.
