Emergency Material Scheduling Optimization Method Using Multi-Disaster Point Distribution Approach

The outbreak of multiple disaster sites during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has presented challenges due to varying access time intensity, population density, and medical resources at each site. To address these issues, this study focuses on 13 districts counties in Wuhan, China. importance research area is analyzed using improved PageRank TOPSIS algorithms determine optimal site selection plan. Additionally, a particle swarm algorithm used construct an emergency material dispatching model that targets both distribution costs solve multi-distribution center problem. results suggest constructing 10 centers can satisfy demand for epidemic prevention control Wuhan city while saving associated with distribution. Compared previous solution, under solution decreased by 27.9% 17.82%, respectively. This approach serve as basis materials public health emergencies.
