چکیده
The mechanisms of emergence and evolution collective behaviours in dynamical Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) multiple interacting agents, with diverse behavioral strategies co-presence, have been undergoing mathematical study via Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT). Their systematic also resorts to agent-based modelling simulation (ABM) techniques, thus enabling the aforesaid under a variety conditions, parameters, alternative virtual games. This paper summarises some main research directions challenges tackled our group, using methods from EGT ABM. These range introduction cognitive emotional into agents’ implementation an evolving MAS, cost-efficient interference for promoting prosocial complex networks, regulation governance AI safety development ecology, equilibrium analysis random evolutionary multi-player brief aims sensitize reader based issues, results prospects, which are accruing importance modeling minds machines engineering impact on understanding stability behaviours. In all cases, important open problems MAS as viewed or prioritised by group described.

Analysis of the Evolutionary Game Theory in Agent-Based Computational Systems: OPEC Oil-Producing Countries
This study suggests a new method for analysing the behavioral economics issues in the framework of game theory. In this context, bounded rational agents interact with one another in a strategic manner. Therefore, conventional economic modeling techniques are unable to explaine this kind of interactions. In this regard, evolutionary game theory and agent-based modeling are known as the most suit...
متن کاملFormal Reasoning about Emergent Behaviours of Multi-Agent Systems
Emergent behaviour (EB) is a common phenomenon in multi-agent systems (MAS) where autonomous agents perform certain actions with only limited access to local information and make decisions individually, while the whole system demonstrates properties and behaviours that have strong global features. Because of the huge gap between individual agents’ properties and behaviours and those of the whol...
متن کاملEmergent Collective Behavior in Multi-Agent Systems: An Evolutionary Perspective
The study of collective behavior involves the analysis of interactions among a set of agents that yield collective outcomes at the level of the group. The behavior is said to be emergent when it cannot be understood simply as the sum of its constituent parts. Further, group-level outcomes can in turn influence individual interactions. The complexity of this interplay makes the study of emergenc...
متن کاملEvolutionary Game Theory based Cooperation Algorithm in Multi-agent System
A multi-agent system (MAS) that composed of multiple interacting intelligent agents can be used to solve problems which are difficult or impossible for an individual agent or monolithic system to solve. Since the agent is autonomous and intelligent, it is reasonable to assume that it choice the behavior to bring itself the maximal benefit. Thus, the cooperation and coordination can be achieved ...
متن کاملEvolutionary game theory and multi-agent reinforcement learning
In this paper we survey the basics of Reinforcement Learning and (Evolutionary) Game Theory, applied to the field of Multi-Agent Systems. This paper contains three parts. We start with an overview on the fundamentals of Reinforcement Learning. Next we summarize the most important aspects of Evolutionary Game Theory. Finally, we discuss the state-of-the-art of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning ...
