چکیده

Purpose: Evaluation of peripheral endothelial function using EndoPAT 2000 device in patients with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and correlation clinical characteristics the patients. Material methods: The study included 39 NSTEMI, hospitalized 2 PCI centers, period 03.2022-03.2023. At 72 hours after admission, was assessed device. Patients were divided into groups according to presence dysfunction (RHI <1.67). Statistical analysis data performed t-test χ2 test. Results: average value reactive hyperemia index (RHI) 1.73 ± 0.47. Endothelial diagnosed 51,3% NSTEMI Group I 19 normal (RHI>1.67), group II – 20 (RHI<1.67). In dysfunction, two- or three-vessel disease prevailed (χ2=2.7, p=0.43) a higher rate coronary angioplasty recorded (χ2=4.36, p=0.037). Conclusion: Peripheral estimated by EndoPat method is identified NSTEMI. correlated severity lesions. Further studies are needed assess diagnostic prognostic method.

Circulating endothelial progenitor cells and coronary collaterals in patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.

BACKGROUND Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are bone marrow-derived cells that are augmented in response to ischemia and incorporated into neovascularization sites. We sought to determine whether circulating EPCs are related to collateral formation following non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). METHODS Twenty patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PC...

Study of the Duration, Outcomes, and Related Factors of Reperfusion Therapy in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Background and Objective: One of the most important advancements regarding the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is the administration of anti-coagulation medicines (e.g., streptokinase). However, it must be noticed that this medicine requires rapid and timely administration. Moreover, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is increasingly used as a method of revascularization...

Electrocardiographic left ventricular hypertrophy is not associated with increased in-hospital adverse events in patients experiencing first non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction: A single center study

Background: There is conflicting data about prognostic implication of electrocardiographic (ECG) left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with first non- ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). We aimed to examine the association of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) on admission electrocardiogram with adverse outcomes in patients with NSTEMI. Methods: In the present study, ...

Guideline adherence after ST-segment elevation versus non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.

BACKGROUND Clinical guidelines recommend similar medical therapy for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and non-ST-segment elevation MI (NSTEMI). METHODS AND RESULTS Using the Get with the Guidelines-Coronary Artery Disease registry (GWTG-CAD), we analyzed data including 72 352 patients (48 966, NSTEMI; 23 386, STEMI) from 237 US sites between May 1, 2006 and Mar...

ST-Segment Elevation in Acute Myocardial Infarction

Four hundred and four patients who were admitted to the hospital with their first myocardial infarction within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms were studied. In 315 patients the ECG findings in 12 standards leads (I, II, aVF, aVR, aVL, V,-V6) showed the infarction to be in the anterior wall, the inferior wall, or in multiple areas. The patients in each of these three categories were further su...
