Enhanced Secure SWIPT in Heterogeneous Network via Intelligent Reflecting Surface

In this paper, secure transmission in a simultaneous wireless information and power transfer technology-enabled heterogeneous network with the aid of multiple IRSs is investigated. As potential technology for 6G, intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) brings more spatial degrees freedom to enhance physical layer security. Our goal maximize secrecy rate by carefully designing transmit beamforming vector, artificial noise coefficients under constraint quality-of-service. The formulated problem hard solve due nonconcave objective function as well coupling variables unit-modulus constraints. Fortunately, using alternating optimization, successive convex approximation, sequential Rank-1 relaxation approach, original transformed into form suboptimal solution achieved. Numerical results show that proposed scheme outperforms other existing benchmark schemes without IRS can maintain promising security performance number terminals increases lower energy consumption.
