Enterprise resource planning success in Jordan from the perspective of IT-Business strategic alignment

This research explores the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) success in an organizational setting that has been rarely explored. Owing to lack theoretical attention, researchers decided evaluate ERP context Jordanian-listed companies. quantitative study employed DeLone and McLean model, while questionnaires were used collect data. The mailed 388 CEOs CIOs, a total 358 valid evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Information quality, system training ease use, all impacted manager satisfaction (here after known as user satisfaction) positively, affected success. Additionally, was influenced by quality training, IT-business strategic alignment. results show service did not significantly affect satisfaction.
