In a turbofan engine, thrust is key parameter which measured or estimated from various parameters acquired during engine testing in an testbed. Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) the most critical used for calculation. This work presents novel way to measure and correct errors EGT measurement. A temperature probe designed jet pipe using thermocouples. The withstand mechanical loads operation. Structural analysis at design stage provided strength margin of 90% eigenfrequency more than 20%.
