Margin is an important index in the control of Electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) and compatibility (EMC) design for systems. How to define verify E3 margins complex systems such as ships airplanes a difficult problem. A new method system-level margin evaluation proposed. Based on theory fault tree, model constructed.
