Evaluation of In-Service Vocational Teacher Training Program: A Blend of Face-to-Face, Online and Offline Learning Approaches

Teacher education has a large and favorable impact on teacher’s performance. Effective training brings improvement in the productivity performance of employees due to acquisition new knowledge skills. The National Vocational Technical Training Commission organized an in-service vocational teachers’ program through blended learning approaches Pakistan. This study aimed at finding out effectiveness that program. four levels Kirkpatrick model were used as theoretical framework. A survey approach was collect data from 629 teachers who took part approaches. Partial least square structural equation modeling applied find hierarchal relationship among model. results current research revealed trainees satisfied all model, including reaction, learning, behavior results. between also found for evaluation direct effect reaction had positive significant with specific indirect clearly depicted mediated results, is useful institutions skill development policymakers design programs teachers. Future studies can be conducted about adaptation instructions
