Today, one of the most important indicators level international activity a scientific institution is number and quality publications placed in prestigious bibliographic databases. The collection processing such information requires significant time resources, given their size daily replenishment, variety storage formats access to repositories. Therefore, task collecting, processing, consolidating analyzing assessing researchers state organizations teachers higher educational institutions big data special approaches construction specialized software systems for its solution. article considers structure system main elements event-oriented microservice architecture collecting from sources. basis implementation was with distribution services according functional purpose. proposed makes it possible adaptively change selection sources based on evaluation effectiveness obtaining relevant sources, accordance events that occur during information. choice directions use typical scenarios, which allows significantly increase efficiency analyst's work. adapt operation loads individual microservices by created events. developed provides an opportunity collect about activities people or are heterogeneous terms form composition. composition this can be expanded without interfering work other components.
