Obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome is one of the leading preventable causes recurrent abortions, where conflicts are acquired. The objective this study was to know main experiences a patient with contribute appropriate health care, which contributes nursing expertise. This based on qualitative research and phenomenological approach narrative history life episode design, in which, through sampling purposeful selected work single participant, whom semi-structured interview applied, obtaining information that transcribed categorized, content analysis data triangulation. Consequently, how discouraging were evidenced protagonists ignorance fear, highlighting importance intervention professional women who want get pregnant, after fetal deaths.
