EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF BRIDGE'S HORIZONTAL ROTATION SYSTEM

As a new construction method, the bridge horizontal rotation method can reduce impact of traffic under bridge. During bridge, overall structure will inevitably lead to vibration response due error contact surface spherical hinge. Due large weight and longer cantilever superstructure, at hinge be amplified girder end, which adversely affect stability structure. Taking 10,000-ton rotating as reference, scaled model was made test during process system.And by analyzing frequency domain curve results simulation calculation, it is found that vertical displacement related first three modes longitudinal bending structure, but has nothing do with higher or other modes. Applying harmonic analysis module in ANSYS software proposed structural effect reach smallest controlling speed order control excitation within first-order mode girder. Also this research, expression relationship between velocity acceleration end system established. Based on that, predicted monitoring rotation.
