چکیده
(1) Background: In sprinkler irrigation systems, the water distribution and droplet kinetic energy are affected by shape of nozzle. this paper, effects working pressure aspect ratio (L/D) circular non-circular nozzles (diamond ellipse) on intensity were investigated; (2) Methods: The hydraulic performance a PY15 impact with was assessed under different pressures, diameter, velocity, measured 2D video disdrometer. Moreover, coefficient variation (CV) form factor (β) introduced to represent characteristics; (3) Results: results revealed that, same pressure, CV diamond nozzle smallest compared that elliptical nozzles, reflecting more uniform distribution. uniformity best when L/D smallest. general, larger outlet wetted radius application rate. addition, smaller L/D, peak value radial increase single maximum per unit volume nozzles. at 200 kPa 100 obtained highest coefficients combined distribution, which 55.93% (circular), 67.59% (diamond), 57.78% (elliptical) combination spacings 1.0 R, 1.1 R 1.2 respectively. Finally, fitting function energy, distance from nozzle, established, 0.92 obtained, indicating equation accurate; (4) Conclusions: At low elliptic showed better distributions than distal average diameters found be those produced

متن کاملDroplet profiles obtained from the intensity distribution of refraction patterns.
A noninterferometric method for obtaining profiles of axially symmetric transparent liquid droplets is described. The drops are illuminated along the symmetry axis by a uniform parallel beam whose intensity distribution is recorded at the focal plane of a lens placed behind the drop. In some conditions and within the geometrical optics approach, it is possible to reconstruct the profile of the ...
متن کاملMapping the energy distribution of SERRS hot spots from anti-Stokes to Stokes intensity ratios.
The anomalies in the anti-Stokes to Stokes intensity ratios in single-molecule surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering were investigated. Brilliant green and crystal violet dyes were the molecular probes, and the experiments were carried out on an electrochemically activated Ag surface. The results allowed new insights into the origin of these anomalies and led to a new method to confirm th...
متن کاملNumerical and Experimental Study on Ratcheting Behavior of Plates with Circular Cutouts under Cyclic Axial Loading
In this paper, accumulation of plastic deformation of AISI 1045 steel plates with circular cutouts under cyclic axial loading is studied. Loading was applied under force-control conditions. Experimental tests were performed using a Zwick/Roell servo hydraulic machine. Under force-control loading with nonzero mean force, plastic strain was accumulated in continuous cycles called ratcheting. Nume...
